Avocado joins Mech Master for an AR experience to save the future
Avocado is stoked to join forces with Mech Master, a top-tier 3D NFT collectible game. This turn-based strategy game with GameFi mechanics enables the player to command an entire army of giant Mecha to simultaneously fight and earn crypto while saving the virtual world.
Bringing this idea to life, the team behind the game, Mirai Studio, has gathered the strongest visionaries and most highly skilled developers to combine giant robots with NFTs, creating one of the first games to incorporate augmented reality (AR) technology into a web3 game, bringing this fully immersive game to life.
What is Mech Master?
The future world is in peril and humans are at risk of extinction. Future inhabitants (Homo Deus) have discovered a time portal and want to join forces with the people of the present (Homo Sapiens) to help save the world. In a bid to assist them to change the course of the future and prevent the extinction of humanity, Homo Deus have sent their giant fighting machines, the Mecha, back to the present. Players will need to become Mech Masters and build the strongest Mecha to combat the impending threats, fight for survival and save the world.
Mecha are ERC-721 NFT collectibles, giant fighting machines that players will be able to command to fight in the Mech universe. These unique NFT characters are the key feature of Mech Master’s gameplay, as players strategically utilize their Mecha to compete in turn-based battles.
Each Mecha comprises six body parts. The Mecha’s powers and abilities are determined by the rarity of the parts collected. Not only will players be able to build Mecha, but they can also collect equipment, recruit pilots to navigate the land and create a base where they can carry out a range of tasks that allow them to earn throughout the game.
Mech Master has a huge repertoire of assets that players can collect, trade, or use to construct the strongest Mecha line-up. Players can innovate, using materials collected in the game to create and construct their own items which will become the players’ unique tradable assets that derive their own intrinsic value in the trade market.
Beyond the Mecha NFTs, the game is set on Moonland, the first interactive 3D Virtual World on the Moon. Here, players can acquire NFT land plots and build their own cities by developing their stronghold, special facilities, barracks, as well as mine for resources. This feature is currently under development and is expected to be released at the end of this year.
Currently, PvP Battle gaming mode has been developed and available to players. In this mode, they are rewarded for winning battles with their team of Mecha, or by completing daily quests.
